Borrowing on classic engine/valve cover elements from yesteryear, the Dinan B58D engine cover takes those queues and incorporates additional elements to form a transformative engine bay dress up piece like no other. Like the ever popular and lusted after E36/E46 Dinan carbon fiber valve covers of the past, the G chassis B58 engine cover mimics the BMW power stripes but with a Dinan twist. Beyond the legacy homage, the 2×2 matte twill carbon fiber base gives way to opposing gloss carbon fiber and white painted accents among the cylinder count callouts. This small touch adds visual intrigue to an otherwise largely feature deficient landscape. The conflicting finishes also carry the added benefit of tying together elements within the space that may be of the secondary finish for nearly limitless visual versatility in a single piece.
